CONDITIONS:

1- The competition is open to all artists.

2 - The cartoons sent to the competition may have already been published. However, it should not have been awarded in another contest.

3- Technical freedom. The contestant can participate in the contest up to 5 times.

The original or printable 300 dpi can also be accepted by e-mail in jpg format. Sent in different formats; our institution is not responsible for the unopened and unopened files.

4- The dimensions of the caricatures to be sent are at most 30x40 cm. should be.

5. Participants must write their name, surname, address, e-mail, country and phone number in capital letters behind their work; should put a brief biography into the envelope.

6- Cartoons should be sent to the following adrese by April 30, 2018.

7- The results of the competition will be announced on 18 May 2018.

8- The cartoons sent to the competition will not be returned. Cartoons that enter or leave the competition may be used for cultural purposes and published. Those who participate in the competition are deemed to have accepted these conditions. Works will be kept in Turhan Sel?uk Caricature House.

9- Works selected by the jury will be exhibited and will be included in the album.

10- Award ceremony will be held on September 14, 2018. The exhibition opening ceremony of the cartoons that are considered worthy of being exhibited on the same date will be realized at Turhan Sel?uk Caricaturlu Ev. The exhibition will remain open until 1 October 2018.

11- Accommodation and meal expenses of the winners will be covered. The travel costs are their own. The road, accommodation and food expenses of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd competitors will be borne by us.
